How should I store my matcha to keep it fresh?
To maintain freshness and prevent oxidation, store your matcha in its original airtight tin in a cool, dark place. For maximum shelf life, some customers prefer storing it in the refrigerator.
How long does shipping take?
We process orders within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
What is your return policy for food products?
Due to the perishable nature of tea, we cannot accept returns on opened tins. However, if your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days for a full refund or replacement.
